1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Soconos ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Soconos is a content-planning tool for creators. It helps you research ideas, generate and check content, and — when you explicitly connect your own accounts — schedule and publish that content to social platforms you control.

Soconos provides educational content, research insights, and content-creation suggestions only. Nothing in the service is professional, financial, legal, or business advice.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish, including compliance with each platform's terms of service, copyright and intellectual-property law, and advertising/disclosure rules in your region.

Recreating another creator's content format does not grant you rights to their original material.

You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Connected accounts and publishing

Connecting a social account (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube) authorizes Soconos to act on that account only within the scopes you approve and only when you take an explicit action, such as approving and scheduling a post. There is no automatic publishing without your approval.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms — including, for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

You can disconnect any account at any time from within the service, and you can revoke Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. No guarantees

Trend data, recreation guides, monetization explanations, and AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, revenue, or any other outcome from using them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soconos and its operators are not liable for any losses, account penalties, demonetization, content removal, or other outcomes arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or applicable platform policies.
